The service from Kangaroo IT is great!! Peter is nice and help me with installing and setting up my Windows system, Microsoft account, Google account, and security (VPN, Firewall, Password Manager) for my new laptop! He teaches me how to do the device setup as well! Thats help me a lot in setting up my device for working remotely. Will definitely call them again if I have any technical issues.

Excellent serviceAbout two weeks ago our computer became infected with a virus. It just froze and wouldn't allow me to do anything.I tried phoning the software company for help and the response received was very unsatisfactory so had to look for help somewhere else. After quite a long internet search found only 2 seemingly good prospects nearby: phoned one of them and after explaining what was the problem, all of a sudden this other person said that they were closed....for quite some time...?. Very odd indeed.So I messaged Kangaroo IT and there was a prompt and useful response. All we can say is that Peter did an excellent job, backed up all files, formatted the computer and reinstalled the software and the old files. The computer works like new. The service was really good, efficient, fast and reliable, all with a friendly smile. No complaints whatsoever . Amazing, professional, talented and friendly company that cares about its customers!Thank you KangarooIT so much for quickly recovering my Gmail account that I used for ~15 years.After my phone got broken I thought it's lost forever with all my documents, contacts and memories. He was patient in explaining what happened and gave advice on how to prolong my laptop’s battery.
