Excellent serviceAbout two weeks ago our computer became infected with a virus. It just froze and wouldn't allow me to do anything.I tried phoning the software company for help and the response received was very unsatisfactory so had to look for help somewhere else. After quite a long internet search found only 2 seemingly good prospects nearby: phoned one of them and after explaining what was the problem, all of a sudden this other person said that they were closed....for quite some time...?. Very odd indeed.So I messaged Kangaroo IT and there was a prompt and useful response. All we can say is that Peter did an excellent job, backed up all files, formatted the computer and reinstalled the software and the old files. The computer works like new. The service was really good, efficient, fast and reliable, all with a friendly smile. No complaints whatsoever .
